Wagner’s Grocery – A View from the Hill
Back in May 2021 I went back out to photograph Christ Episcopal Church in Church Hill, Mississippi. My plan was to get some shots of the cemetery and church in the rain. While there, I came across the opportunity to shoot Wagner’s Store form the church grounds through the moss covered trees and just had to try it out.
I have some ideas for another shot and plan to revisit the old church and try my luck again next time I’m in the area.
About the Image
The image was shot on a late rainy afternoon. I used my Sony a6000 and my Sony SELP18105G E PZ 18-105mm F4 G OSS lens and a mono pod. The image was then edited with Adobe Lightroom CC and Topaz Labs A.I. Clear and Topaz Labs Denoise AI and Topaz Labs Sharpen AI and DXO NIK Collection
