Abandoned Farm House in Shackelford County, Texas

I came across the abandoned farm house in Shackelford County, Texas when I was heading out to the State Hwy 23 Bridge at the Clear Fork of the Brazos River. When I found the house I noticed that the owner was somewhere on the property since the gate was open. From what I can tell its an active ranch and I hung around a little in hopes of catching the owner for permission to access the property and learn more about the house. But the owner never came back while I was in the area.

About the Image

The Abandoned Farm House in Shackelford County, Texas was shot on a bright sunny day in July using my Sony a6000 Camera and with a Sony SEL16F28 16mm f/2.8 lens.  I then edited the image with Adobe Lightroom CC and Topaz Labs A.I. Clear and DXO NIK Collection to clean up the image, remove noise, and recover the lost details.
