Topaz Labs 2018 Holiday Sale – The Fine Print

For complete rules of the program take a look at the rules that were emailed to me in one of their newsletters. The below information was copied directly from the newsletter.

• In the Bundle Products, users will not be charged for products they already own – The Everything Bundle and artistic bundle are smart, any products that users already own they will not be charged for, making this a great opportunity to upgrade their pro pack by purchasing it again and only paying for the items they’re missing.
• Individual Plugins can be purchased multiple times – Plugins can be purchased multiple times so users might want to check their ownership before buying individual plugins in the “my products” section of the “my account” page.
• Bundles are sold “as is” – they are not customizable nor can they be partially refunded or returned. I know this seems common sense but we’ve had several users reach out to us wanting to partially return adjustments they’re not going to use from the bundle. Refunds are given based on total items purchased only, we don’t offer partial refunds of bundle items.
  • Gift items can be purchased without limit! – Because the gifting system is meant to be used for people who don’t have all of our products yet, you can buy as many copies of each item as you’d like., including items you might already own. So go ahead and buy 20 Everything Bundles as gifts – we encourage it!
