May 2023 Allen, Texas Hail Storm Part 2 – The Aftermath

The storm was short but it was devastating for some. The hail was so destructive that plants and trees were damaged, and leaves and limbs were down everywhere. During the storm, you could see wildlife huddled up together against the side of the building and doors. Birds were even trying to get inside our facility. I’ve been in hail storms before but I never saw this. It’s been years since I’ve seen a storm this bad. In addition to the above damages, buildings, commercial roof HVAC systems, houses/roofs, and vehicles were damaged.

After the storm left us the aftermath showed us a double rainbow and steam rising from the melting ice.
