15 Images from the 2015 Sachse, Texas Cars Under the Stars Car Show

Every year the Chamber of Commerce in the City of Sachse, Texas puts on a car show in the Kroger’s parking lot. For the last three years the show has been in July and usually starts a few hours before sunset and goes to about 10 pm.

In the last three years I have gone to the Sachse, Texas Cars Under the Stars Car Show. Each year the show attracts even more vehicle entries. The first year I spent the most time there shooting and enjoying the rides. Last year, I wasn’t feeling well and only spent about an hour out in the heat. This year, I spent several hours out in the heat. I walked up down the rows of cars several times.

I wanted to share with you 11 images from the car show. I won’t bore you with the makes and models of the cars. I will just share the images. I plan on release thirty or more images this week and next.

About the Images

For this shoot I carried two cameras. Most of the shots were done with a Nikon D5000 and Nikon 18-55mm NIKKOR Zoom Lens and some of the shots I did with the Canon EOS Rebel T1i and  Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II. Shot around sunset and low light conditions. Everything was then editing with Adobe Lightroom CC and then post processed with Topaz Clarity to bring back the detail.
