Sullivan Road Bridge in Franklin County, Mississippi
Back in September 2019 I was out exploring rural bridges on the back roads of Franklin County, Mississippi and the old Sullivan Road Bridge was one of my stops.
The bridge is in great shape, just a little rusty in places. The surface looks to be gravel and dirt. I’m not sure if there’s concrete or some other solid surface and the dirt was covering the bridge.
I didn’t get the chance to get a shot from the creek bed. If I get the chance next time I’m in the area I will try and get a shot from the creek.
About the Images
The images were shot during bright sunlight using my Sony a6000 and my Sony SELP18105G E PZ 18-105mm F4 G OSS with a UV Filter by hand or using my SunPak 6700m Monopod. I then edited the images with Adobe Lightroom CC and Topaz Labs Denoise AI and Topaz Labs Sharpen AI and DXO NIK Collection to clean up the image, remove noise, and recover the lost details.
