Nazareth Hospital operated from 1931-1956 but, I think the building may be older than that. It was considered a clinic and opened shortly after the Crazy Hotel opened its doors in 1927.
The Holy Sisters of Nazareth purchased the building for $135,000 (about $2,011,090 today) and moved into the top floor of the 46-room building to server the patients. The building was closed and the 1960s. But the clinic itself was temporarily housed in the Crazy Hotel until 2009. Then the clinic was moved to its new building.
I walked around the building several times drove around the neighborhood and looked all the windows and doors for access points. There is a small building just back of the building that was wide open. It was nasty and looked like the locals were using for their own personal landfill.
I have a couple more images from here I might share and more detailed history to come later on.
It looks like you might be able to get in through the back of the building, but the neighbors across the street in the apartments were watching and the police drove by several times.
Also there is interesting looking house that abandoned on the other side of the building that might be worth looking at.
