This week’s random image is of several row buildings in downtown Leonard, Texas. The old buildings sit just off the square. One building is still being used while the others are being used for storage or abandoned.

Old Row Buildings in Downtown Leonard, Texas

Downtown Leonard, Texas

I live a few miles away from Leonard and find the town’s square to be interesting and is mostly intact and just a block away the old calaboose can be found. The original government building is long gone and replaced with a modern building that houses the police department and the post office.

These particular buildings caught my eye one day and I just had to stop a take a few pictures and get some close up of the abandoned buildings (pictures coming soon).

About the Image

I used my Sony a6000 and my Sony SELP18105G E PZ 18-105mm F4 G OSS lens. The image was then edited with Adobe Lightroom CC, Topaz Labs Denoise AI and Topaz Labs Sharpen AIAurora HDR, and Luminar AI to clean up the image.
