New Release: Anker PowerPort+ Atom III Their First Charger with PowerIQ 3.0!

Over the last few months Anker hasn’t released that many products but earlier today I received word that their latest charger the PowerPort+ Atom III, just released. Its so new that when I first looked at the product on Amazon there wasn’t a single review available!  This little charger has a USB-A 15W port and a USB-C 45W port so you can quickly charger your non-powered delivery devices and your power delivery devices at the same time.

You might be thinking that Anker released a similar model a little while back why another one? You are correct in your thinking, they released the  PowerPort Atom PD 2. The PowerPort+ Atom III and the Atom PD 2 are very similar but the differences are the PowerPort+ Atom III comes with PowerIQ 3.0 and is 1.2 ounces lighter the than the Atom PD2.

Anker PowerPort+ Atom III –  Opinons

I currently use the Anker PowerPort Atom 1 and love it. Its a fast little PD (power delivery) charger. I only have a couple of USB-C  devices to charge but when I travel I generally carry one of my other chargers since it can they have USB-A ports and they can charge all of my devices. When the time is right I need to upgrade to the wall charger.

My advice is that if you have the need to charge both Micro-USB and USB-C devices and you need Power Delivery my advice is to get yourself the Anker PowerPort+ Atom III. It has everything you need to charge your devices at the fastest possible speed. Just make sure you check out your USB-C device and make sure it 45 watts or less.
