A few weeks ago Soundcore sent me a pair of their all new Soundcore Life Q35 to review. I received the sample for participating in a contest and was selected to review the headphones. After writing up the review I realized that the review was too long and I needed to break it up in two parts. Part one is the unboxing of the headphone with plenty of pictures and the second is the real life usage review.  Below is my unboxing pictures of the Soundcore Life Q35 Headphones,

Soundcore Life Q35 Headphones

The Soundcore Life Q35  headphones comes in their standard blue and white box. The box is loaded with information and pictures of the headphones. The pictures and info on the box is the same that you can find on the Amazon sales page. The box itself is made from premium cardboard stock. It’s a two piece box. The bottom and top of the box separate to display items in the box.

Once you separate the boxes, you find the two pieces of Soundcore Logoed sheets of plastic that uses a blue Soundcore logo sticker to keep the sheets closed. After separating the two sheets you will find the Soundcore Life Q35 Case.

Storage Case

The case is a hardened soft case in a cobalt blue color, it’s almost gray. The case fabric is a nice soft material that feels good in my hand and gives the case a premium feel. The zippier is painted to match. Once opened, you will find the accessories in a cloth bag and the paperwork. The interior is color matched with a permeate piece of foam glued to the side of the case to help support the headphones. For shipping purposes there’s a loose piece foam that keeps the headphones from moving around and getting scratched. After you remove the accessories and headphones, you will find a diagram on how to store your headphones in the case.

The Headphones

Instead of having a built in pouch to store accessories, you get a small cloth pouch. It’s made of a premium material. Inside you will find a AUX cable, USB-C Cable and Audio adapter. The USB-C cable is labeled with Anker but it's not one of their premium cables. The AUX cable and adapters are generic but gold plated.

The Soundcore Life Q35 Headphones comes in a matching matte cobalt blue color. I like the color its different than the black or white headphones I would normally get. This color is just enough to get them noticed but it’s not wild and in everyone’s face.

In my hands they have a premium feel. They are just heavy enough that you know they are made of more than just plastic and made to last. The exterior is made of a mixture of plastic and metal. The metal is only used on the headband and the hinges. This is to reinforce the stress points. The inside of the headband and earcups are cushioned leatherette. With a premium speaker mesh with L and R on each earpad.  On the back side of earpad you will find the hard plastic shell where the heart of music making technology, battery, and Bluetooth technology are hidden. You will also find small little holes hidden in the seams. Those are the mics. You will find the Soundcore logo on each side.

The left side has the USB-C port, power button, and the ANC button. There’s a small LED status light between the power button and ANC button. The right side has the AUX port, play/pause button, and plus/minus buttons. The plus/minus buttons control both the sound level and forward/rewind. It all depends on how long you hold the buttons.

Final Thoughts

No products found.

I love the look and feel of the headphones. Just from the look, feel, the knowledge of the quality of Soundcore products, and the trust I have for Soundcore, I would recommend these. But before you make a decision, make sure to read my review and see what this guy is all about.
