I’ve been using the UAG Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard for the iPad 10th Generation for a over a year row, and overall, it’s a solid product — especially if you’re looking for protection and productivity in one package.

- Comfortable Typing Experience: The keys have a decent amount of travel and tactile feedback. It’s not quite laptop-level, but far better than many budget iPad keyboards.
- Integrated Apple Pencil Holder: There’s a convenient slot for the Apple Pencil (or Logitech Crayon), which is a thoughtful touch. Adjustable Viewing Angles: The stand mechanism lets you prop up the iPad at various angles, making it good for typing, viewing, or sketching.
Cons:
- No Backlit Keys: At this price point, backlighting would’ve been a welcome feature, especially for working in low-light environments.
- Bulky for Some Users: While it’s protective, it does add a fair bit of bulk and weight to the iPad — something to consider if you’re looking for a minimalist setup.
- Slightly Expensive: The premium materials and rugged design are great, but the price is on the higher side compared to competitors.
The Review
I love the case and keyboard, but it’s not my go-to case. I use a basic UAG case for my day-to-day iPad usage. It’s just too big, heavy, and bulky for daily use. For those days I need to be more productive while on a day trip, getting my car fixed and want to get some work done while waiting, or doing some writing while on the couch, then I pop this case on and use it.
Setup was easy, just turn on the Bluetooth and pair it to the tablet. It paired almost instantly and without issue. Once connected, just turn the keyboard back on, and it connects instantly. The battery lasts a while. I’ve only had to charge it a few times, and that’s because it sits for a while, and the battery will discharge. Then, when I charge it back up, it’s quick.
Final Thoughtsv
If you want a durable, all-in-one case and keyboard combo for your iPad 10th Gen, and don’t mind a bit of extra weight, the UAG Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard for the iPad 10th Generation delivers a reliable, well-built option. Just be aware it’s not the lightest or cheapest around — but it’s definitely built to last.
If you are looking for a keyboard case for your tablet, UAG offers this case for other tablet models and tablet brands.
