The Review
I’ve been using the Liberty 2 Pro for a while now and I have to say they are my favorite TWS earbuds and my go-to earbuds for everything. I have several other pairs of TWS earbuds from Soundcore including a Soundcore Liberty Airs, Soundcore Life P2, and Soundcore Life A2 NC. And the Pros blow them out of the water.
I haven’t had any issues that others have reported. For me the default earpads fit perfectly and with a quick twist into the ear they are locked in place and the sound is perfect for my needs. Across the range the sound is impressive. It has plenty of bass and loud enough to hear over loud noises (when not using ANC).
I get roughly 7 hours of play back if I keep the volume at 80% and 20 hours of playback with case charging. Charging takes a few hours with USB-C and takes a little longer with wireless charging. I mostly use the wireless charger. When I’m done for the day, I drop the case on the wireless charger and top off. It works great for my needs.
The charging case is slightly larger than previous models and the earbuds sit flat instead of being inserted into a slot like the liberty air case.
Setup is easy via the Soundcore app. Just follow the instructions and you are good to go. The app also controls ANC, Equalizer, and firm wear updates.
For the price you are getting a good quality set of TWS earbuds that can compete with some $200 plus premium earbud brands. If you are in the market for a good set of premium earbuds but want to keep the cost down, give these a try.
