The Sachse Cars Under the Stars Car Show
The Sachse Cars Under the Car Show is an annual event that happens on a Saturday night in July. Its starts about 6:30 PM and goes into the dark. You will find all types of rat rods, hot rods and custom cars from all over the area. For this event, I decided to shoot mostly abstract shots since many of the cars out there have been to this show the last few years I have been here. The above image is an example some of my favorite shots of a this car.
2013 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
This beautiful red Corvette isn’t just your average Corvette or even a Z06 Corvette, it’s a 2013 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. This bad ass Corvette sports a 638-hp supercharged engine highly tuned transmission, suspension, breaks and more! It’s a factory race car.
About the Image
I took this shot by hand with my Sony Nex-3N and a Sony 16mm prime lens, then processed it with Adobe Lightroom to crop, straightened, and remove dust spots from the image. Then I post processed the image with Topaz Labs Clarity to add more texture, remove shadows, boost brightness and contrast. I then used Topaz DeNoise to remove noise from the image.
