This week’s random image is of another abandoned entrance to an old business in Union Church, Mississippi. I’ve passed this old building for years and I’ve been watching it slowly returning back to nature. Its just another forgotten entrance
A Forgotten Entrance
I don’t know what it is but I love old doors, entrances, and windows. The more abandoned, industrial, or rustic the better. On a recent trip to Mississippi I made a trip out to the Natchez area and as I was passing through Union Church I decided to finally stop and take a closer look around.
These door belongs to what I believe was an old general store. It has the look. Just looking at this old entrance, it gives off an unwelcoming vibe.
About the Image
The Unwelcome Entrance image was shot on a late rainy afternoon. I used my Sony a6000 and my Sony SELP18105G E PZ 18-105mm F4 G OSS lens and a mono pod.
