This week random image of the week is another image from the West Texas road trip I took back in 2017 and another one from the Cross Cut area. This one is of an abandoned truck near Cross Cut, Texas.

Just Another Abandoned Truck Nefar Cross Cut Texas

During my travels to West Texas I am always looking for old farm equipment and old vehicles sitting abandoned and forgotten in a field somewhere. I came across the abandoned  truck near Cross Cut, Texas back in July 2017 on one of my West Texas road trips.

The truck was sitting next to an old car and old farm truck sitting in the tall grass. I didn’t get close to the old truck but from the looks of it. It looks like this old truck was a work truck. You can see the ghosted letters and business logo on the door. Now it just sits in the tall grass waiting for someone to scrap it or save it.

About the Image

I shot the abandoned farm truck on a bright and sunny early afternoon with my Sony a6000 and a Sony SEL16F28 16mm f/2.8 lens. I then edited the image in Adobe Lightroom CC.then edited the image with Adobe Lightroom CC and Topaz Labs Denoise AI and Topaz Labs Sharpen AI and DXO NIK Collection to clean up the image, remove noise, and recover the lost details.
