This week’s random image is of the dreaded stairs at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. I took this shot a few years back during the alumni weekend event.
The stairs at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas
This set of outdoor are dreaded by some students. Most students who lived in the lower-level dorms had to take these stairs, rain or shine. The students refer to these stairs as Cardiac Hill.
For years, these stairs have caught my eye and I’ve taken pictures of them every time I got the chance, but the pictures never came out. This shot is the only one that I’ve taken that I like.
About the Image
This image was shot on a cloudy afternoon using my Google Pixel 7 Pro. The image was edited on my iPad 10th Gen. I then used Luminar for iPad and Adobe Lightroom Mobile to clean up the image and other items that were in the way.
If you are more interested in editing from your computer, I also use Adobe Lightroom CC, Topaz Labs Denoise AI, Topaz Labs Sharpen AI, and Luminiar Neo. These programs work great together and fill in the gaps where some editors may lack in tools.
