I love car shows and over the years I’ve gone to a few local car clubs shows and larger shows such as Cars and Coffee and Invasion Car Show. This year was the Invasion Car Show 16 that was held on October 26th, 2024. That makes nearly 10 years of going to the show. Today I wanted to share some shots I took with my cellphone and a few frame grabs from my GoPro Hero 12.

Every year the THEM! Car Club puts on a killer 1963, and earlier car show that not only has badass rat rods, kustoms, and classics but also has Rockabilly bands rocking out and Rockabilly pin-up models walking around posing on the cars.
Normally the show is held on Saturday during Labor Day Weekend on streets of Deep Ellum, Dallas, Texas. It’s normally a hot and miserable experience. The cars and visit friends I only get to see a few times a year make it worth it for me. But this year they planned for the end of October. It was still hot but not as bad as previous years.
I did take a ton of photos with my camera and some video with my GoPro and I will share those at a later date.
About The Images
The Invasion Car Show 16 images were shot on a sunny day using my Google Pixel 7 Pro or my GoPro Hero12. The images were edited on my iPad 10th Gen. I then used Luminar for iPad and Adobe Lightroom Mobile to clean up the image and remove cars, people, powerlines, and other items that were in the way.
