The PowerWave series chargers are Anker’s new high end fast QI Wireless chargers. The new Anker POwerWave+ Pad with Watch Holder is the latest release and it will not only charge your phone by just placing it on the charging pad surface, but it will also charge your Apple Watch if you take your watch’s charging cable into the charging stand and pop up the holder.

If you have a Qi Wireless friendly case on your phone, this charger works great with your case. There’s a good chance that even a non friendly thick heavy duty case will charge your phone.

Notes:

• Please use the included Quick Charge 2.0 / 3.0 wall charger. 5V / 1A wall chargers are not sufficient to power PowerWave+ Pad.
• iOS 11.2 is required to access 7.5W fast charging for iPhone.
• If the LED light flashes while charging, please check to ensure that that your phone case is less than 5 mm thick and has no metal attachments, expandable grips, or credit cards. Cases which contain metal, such as Pitaka, Evutec, and Spigen QNMP, will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.

Troubleshooting Tips:

• If your phone has expandable grip or your phone case is more than 5mm thick, please remove your case/expandable grips before charging.
• Ensure that your phone is centered on the wireless charging surface.
• Restart your phone and the wireless charger. If this does not work, try using a Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 wall charger and cable.
