For two years now, I have been an active member of the Blog Engage Community. As a member, you have a small community of like minded bloggers to network with. Almost from day one, I found a handful of bloggers to get to know. Out of those bloggers I met, I got to know of them and even become friends off with one of them. I recommend that anyone that is new to blogging or has a blog that isn’t getting much traffic, that they look into joining Blog Engage.
Blog Engage Weekly Top User
One of the perks to its members is the Weekly Top User. The Weekly Top User is a small contest that awards the week’s top user with a blog article spot, and top user badge on the side bar linking back to their site. And this week’s top user is me! Since making top user, my referral traffic has risen and my articles are getting more votes. And all I did was be active with the community and network with other members of the community.
Each week Blog Engage Community picks a top user from the top users side bar. You don’t have to be the top user, you just have to make it to the top user side bar widget. Once you get there, you must engage with the members of community, vote for the articles, and be an active member in the community.
